All orders require approval of a final quote before production begins.

  A deposit may be required on large orders, special-order items, or first-time customer orders.

  All balances must be paid in full before any products, apparel, decals, signs, promotional products, laser-engraved items, or custom merchandise are released, delivered, shipped, or installed.

  Ownership of all products remains with Madmans Print Lab and/or Dirt 2 Rose Designs until full payment has been received.

  We reserve the right to suspend production or withhold completed orders for unpaid balances.

  Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

  Customers are responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and expenses incurred in recovering unpaid balances.

All products are custom-made specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products:

  Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  Deposits are non-refundable.

  Special-order items are non-refundable.

  Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.

  Once artwork is approved, Madmans Print Lab and Dirt 2 Rose Designs are not responsible for spelling errors, grammatical errors, incorrect sizing, colors, or other design issues approved by the customer.

By approving artwork proofs, customers acknowledge that:

  All spelling, grammar, dates, phone numbers, and design elements have been reviewed and approved.

  Colors displayed on screens may vary from printed colors.
  
• 
  Exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed unless specific Pantone colors are requested.
  
• 
  Production will begin only after artwork approval has been received.
  

Approved artwork becomes the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in customer-supplied garments.

Decals, stickers, and DTF transfers are custom-produced products.

Minor variations in color, size, and cut lines may occur.

Application surfaces must be clean and properly prepared.

We are not responsible for improper installation, application errors, or environmental conditions affecting performance.

Outdoor durability may vary based on exposure to weather, chemicals, and UV conditions.

Stitch count and design complexity may require modifications to artwork.

Small details may not reproduce exactly as shown in digital artwork.

Thread colors are matched as closely as possible but exact matches cannot always be guaranteed.

Customer approval of sew-outs or proofs may be required before production.

Engraving results may vary depending on material composition.

Natural products such as wood, leather, and coated metals may produce variations in appearance.

Slight differences in engraving depth, color, and finish are normal.

Customer-supplied items are engraved at the customer's risk.

We are not responsible for defects or damage resulting from unknown material compositions.

Promotional products are often sourced from third-party manufacturers.

Product colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from samples or online images.

Manufacturer inventory levels can change without notice.

Production schedules may be affected by supplier delays, shipping delays, weather, labor shortages, or other factors outside our control.
